For the third year in a row, Boysen was named one of the best employers in Germany by the news magazine Focus. And for the third time in a row, the exhaust technology specialist has clearly improved its overall ranking.
In cooperation with the careers network XING and the evaluation portal kununu, Focus has identified the 1,000 best employers from a total of 22 industries. The basis for this is Germany's largest survey with over 127,000 employee reviews on its own business. The supplier managed a big jump to 128th place, while in the previous year rank 182 was achieved. Boysen was also able to substantiate his top placing in the previous year within the "Automotive and Suppliers" sector and ultimately improved by three places to 13th. For the first time, the automotive supplier is one of the top ten employers in the "Large Companies" category and joins the top list of well-known automobile manufacturers and suppliers.
In addition, Boysen was awarded the seal of approval "German’s best jobs with a future" by the business magazine Focus Money. On the basis of a profitability analysis of the 10,000 employers with the highest number of employees, a total of 749 employers were awarded. Boysen has made it to the leaderboard in the category "Automotive Suppliers". The employees are thus certified ideal future prospects and secure jobs.
