We aim for perfect production processes with consistent improvements in flexibility, automation and rationalisation. This enables us to meet automotive manufacturers' demands for increasingly small batch sizes and an increasingly wide range of variations. Thanks to our in-depth process knowledge and the use of the very latest production methods, we develop a dedicated solution for every technical production challenge.

Boysen has won several awards for this commitment - including the Supplier Innovation Award 2013 from the BMW Group in the Quality category. This was reward for the development of a complex system for production of rear mufflers. The fully automatic production line integrates all welding processes, including calibration of the system and leak testing on the finished silencers.
