With the BAK Development Centre, the Boysen Group completed its third development site in Germany in 2024 in the immediate vicinity of the BAK large-scale factory. Solutions for electromobility and in the field of environmental and energy technology are developed here. The focus here is on expanding the range of services in the field of battery housing development. The engineers in Simmersfeld are also working on innovations in the fields of hydrogen technology, fuel cell applications and the further development of stationary energy storage systems (redox flow batteries).
